Communique "Study in Algeria" Program

The Embassy of Algeria in Moscow informs students residing in the Russian Federation (Russian nationals or foreign citizens) about the launch of the "Study in Algeria" program, initiated by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

This program offers foreign students the opportunity to pursue a complete cycle of higher education in Algeria within a network of more than 130 universities and high schools spread across the national territory. It also offers numerous advantages, including:

One of the most affordable fees and cost of living;
A wide choice of specialties: medicine, engineering, technologies, humanities, arts, etc.;
Programs taught in French, English, or Arabic, depending on the field of study;
Favorable reception conditions;
Warm and welcoming environment conducive to rapid integration;
The opportunity to discover a rich cultural, historical, and natural heritage.

Applications must be submitted via the official platform: https://studyinalgeria.dz, which is open from January 13 to June 30, 2026.

The selection phase, scheduled from July 1 to August 31, 2026, will include an administrative evaluation by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as an academic evaluation by the concerned university institutions.
