The President of the Republic reaffirms Algeria's constant support for Tunisia

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune reaffirmed that Algeria always stands alongside Tunisia, a brother country.

“Our hearts are always with the Tunisian people and my brother President Kais Saïed,” said the President of the Republic in a statement to the press upon his arrival at Carthage international airport, where he was welcomed by his counterpart Tunisian, Mr. Kais Saied.

“Tunisia will never fall and will always remain standing. May Allah protect it,” he added.

For his part, President Kais Saïed welcomed the President of the Republic, hailing Algeria's constant support for his country.

“May Allah protect Tunisia and Algeria,” he said.

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune arrived, Monday, in Tunis to take part in the first consultative meeting bringing together the leaders of Algeria, Tunisia and Libya, at the invitation of his brother the President of the Tunisian Republic, brother country, Mr. Kaïs Saïed.
