Mr Attaf receives phone call from Venezuela’s counterpart

The Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received a phone call on Sunday from the Minister of International Relations of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yvan Gil Pinto.

The two foreign ministers discussed the privileged ties between their countries, focusing on their political and economic dimensions. They also commended the increased momentum in these relations, in line with the guidelines set by both countries’ leaders.

The phone call provided an opportunity to exchange views on preparations for the upcoming meeting of the Algeria-Venezuela Joint Cooperation Commission, scheduled for this summer in Algiers.
