Mr Attaf receives phone call from Pakistani counterpart

he Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received on Tuesday a phone call from the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Muhammad Ishaq Dar.

On this occasion, both parties underscored the strong political will of the leaders of the two countries to develop Algerian-Pakistani relations and raise them to the highest possible levels.

The two ministers also discussed developments in the situation in the Indian subcontinent.

In this regard, Attaf reaffirmed Algeria’s stance calling for preserving the foundations of security and stability in the region, favoring dialogue and diplomacy and working toward peaceful resolution of disputes.
