Chaib receives ONSC President

ALGIERS - The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of the National Community Abroad, Sofiane Chaib, received, on Monday, the President of the National Observatory of Civil Society (ONSC), Noureddine Benbraham, accompanied by members of the Observatory representing the national community established abroad, indicates a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs.

This meeting allowed "to exchange views concerning our community established abroad and to discuss the means to address their concerns, in application of the guidelines of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who gives particular interest to Algerians established abroad," the press release states.

Emphasis was also placed on the mechanisms for organizing and unifying the national community abroad, in order to make it a "force for proposal and development to strengthen its participation in the new dynamic that the country is experiencing," added the same source.

This meeting is part of the consultation meetings with the various organizations and establishments, in addition to the ongoing coordination with all stakeholders "in order to work together to achieve the expected objectives", the press release concludes
