Addressing the #62nd_Session of the Preparatory Commission of the #CTBTO, Ambassador Larbi LATROCH reaffirmed #Algeria's strong attachment to the early entry into force of the #CTBT, as an important pillar of the international nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation regime.

He underlined also the need for reinforcing capacity building of #african experts and expressed the readiness of #Algeria to participate in this endeavor by hosting regional capacity building events. #CTBTO
