Addressing the 61th session of the CTBTO PrepCom today, HE. Ambassador Larbi LATROCH reaffirmed the attachement of Algeria to the CTBT and its early entry into force with the view to speed up the nuclear disarmement and strengthen the non proliferation Regime. He also reiterated Algeria's support to the consensus in order to preserve the cohesion of the PrepCom, and underscored the importance of strengthening capacity building of expert from developing countries, particularly from Africa.
